No School

There is no school on Thursday, November 10 due to a professional day for staff and on Friday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. Enjoy your long weekend!

Thanksgiving Break

Thanksgiving break is on Thursday, November 24 and on Friday, November 25. School resumes on Monday, November 28. Have a safe and enjoyable holiday!

Halloween Dress Up

On Monday, October 31 we will allow the students of Holy Name School to dress up in costume to celebrate Halloween. That being said, they must follow the dress-up guidelines. Here are some things to be sure to follow:

  • No masks or weapons of any kind. Please leave any handheld items at home.
  • Please refrain from anything too scary. We do not want to scare the younger students.
  • Skirts/dresses cannot be shorter than two inches above the knee.
  • No form-fitting or tight clothing. No spaghetti straps, tanks, or bare shoulders. A loose-fitting sweater will need to be worn.
All Saints Day

On November 1, 2022, Fr Williams will celebrate All Saints Day Mass at Holy Name Church. We invite family and friends to join the Holy Name School community at 9:00 a.m.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Holy Name School will be holding parent-teacher conferences via Zoom on Thursday, October 27. All conferences will be 10 minutes. Please email your teacher directly to schedule a time for a later date if you need more time. Please see our parent-teacher conferences flyer for links to sign up for an appointment.

Oktoberfest Dinner

Please join us for an Oktoberfest dinner on Saturday, October 29. Doors open at 5:00 p.m., dinner begins at 5:45 p.m., and there will be live entertainment from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tickets are $25 per seat, $135 for a table of six, and $5 for kids. Strings Club

Do you have a string instrument (violin, viola or cello) that you have played for one year or more and would like to get back to playing again with other students? We would like to invite you to join us for Strings Club! For more information, please see the Strings Club flyer which includes a permission slip due by October 17, 2022.

Oktoberfest Bake Sale

Please support our Oktoberfest Bake Sale by signing up to work at the table or donating individually wrapped baked goods. If you are interested, please fill out the Oktoberfest Bake Sale form.

Annual 8th Grade Christmas Pageant
Lunch Menus and Ordering Lunch

You will receive a weekly lunch menu from Mrs. Krauzyk on Tuesday morning. If you have an issue with the email, you can always order lunch through our website. Just remember that no orders will be accepted after noon on Thursday.
