CURRENT FAMILIES who refer new families are eligible for a total of $600 in tuition credits.
A $300 credit will be applied to the referring family’s FACTS Management account in November 2025 if they refer a new student.
An additional $300 credit will be applied to a family’s account when the family re-enrolls for the 2026-2027 school year.
Current family tuition credits may not exceed the annual out of pocket tuition total per school year.
Early withdrawal at any point by the current or referred family will result in a credit reversal at the discretion of the principal.
All decisions and approval of tuition credits will be made by the principal.
NEW FAMILIES who are referred by a current Holy Name family are eligible for a total of $400 in tuition credit.
A $200 credit will be applied to the new referred family’s FACTS Management account in November 2025.
An additional $200 credit will be applied to a family’s account for the 2025-2026 school year when they re-enroll for the 2026-2027 school year.
Early withdrawal at any point by the current or referred family will result in a credit reversal at the discretion of the principal.

Referred families must fill out the form to apply for the credit.
Only one family can be listed as the referring family.
